This category was introduced to make a feature of those members with very long pockets and extremely short arms. We all know they are out there; we see them each month when they suddenly take a backward step when it comes time to rattle the fine jar. Nominate the people who don’t pay their fines each month or those players who get in a shout at the bar but then take off before it is their time to buy the drinks.
